Art and Craft

Our arts and craft session was started 12 weeks ago and was a great. We are hoping to start another 12 week session once again on Wednesdays from 1- 2 pm to accommodate the growing interest shown by the community who missed out on the 1st session.


Wellbeing - Yoga

Rickshaw yoga is a 60 minute class - Yoga for everybody Starts 11.45 - 12.45

Designed for beginner & advanced students alike; no previous yoga experience required.  If you are stiff as a board this yoga is for you.

Strength, Flexibility & Muscle Toning

Systematically & progressively work every muscle, joint, ligament and tendon in your body.


The sweat flushes toxins and metabolic waste from your body, improving circulation and complexion.

Weight Loss

Burns between 600 to 800 calories per class and rebalances your metabolic rate.

We are hoping to begin many new endeavours requested such as a kids plays and story telling classes over the summer holidays, a coffee morning and a mother & toddler group.
